BUILD INTELLIGENCE ON YOUR CONNECTED MOBILITY WITH TELEMATICS CONTROL UNIT

Electric Vehicles

Motor Bikes

 Electronic logging device

Telematics Gateway for Heavy Duty Vehicles
In Electric Vehicles and last mile delivery trucks powered through batteries, it is very important for the driver to know the range of the vehicle, next charging station and plan trip accordingly. Telematics gateway can help monitoring the charge level, battery health and provide valuable data required to improve the vehicle algorithms. Electric Vehicles Telematics Solutions can also help pre book the charging spot at a location to save time.

Motor bikers are at a higher risk of accidents than four wheeler as the majority of accidents occur without outside interference. This is due to driving at an inapt pace or incorrect measure of the road conditions. Telematics Control Unit can help reduce this risk, it has built-in interfaces to support the smart functions like accident report, theft alarm, live tracking, route planning, group navigation, curve position measurement, driving analysis and acceleration measurement.
Telematics Control Unit can act as an ELD or Electronic Logging Device which will be connected to a commercial motor vehicle engine to record driving hours (Hours of Service), real time location and driving behavior. ELD monitors vehicle’s engine to obtain data related to duration of engine operation and miles driven by CMV driver based on the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Transport Canada (TC).

 Fleet Management

 Connected Car

Diesel Engines

Vehicles are leased out by manufacturers for various use cases, it is important for the owners to monitor their location and the parameters to effectively control the usage. The telematics device along with fleet management system can act as a fleet tracker to determine live location updates and road conditions. With this vehicle tracking solution, fleet managers can take preventive maintenance thereby reducing unnecessary fuel wastage, delays and cost.
Connected Car Solution helps monitor the car’s health and status. CAN Gateway act as a car tracker collecting a much wider range of data than the original OBD dongle, and it sends all data in real time to the cloud. User can access details about key vehicle parameters like fuel efficiency, mileage, emission levels and calibrate the vehicle’s performance and efficiency. Also it notifies any pending or upcoming service and maintenance activities in advance.
Diesel engines operate for long hours in extreme working conditions, which makes them vulnerable to sudden failures and frequent breakdowns. The manufacturer needs an effective solution to remotely monitor their assets while on field at the end-user premise. J1939 Logger integrated with protocol stacks can provide valuable real-time insights from the machine, which can be analysed to determine the occurrence of any failure in advance.
