iW-RainboW-G47M: The AMD Virtex UltraScale+ powered System on Module is compatible with an extensive series of chips: VU13P, VU11P, VU9P, VU7P, VU5P, VU160, VU190, VU125, VU080, VU095, KU19P, KU095, KU115. The SoM redefines FPGA SoMs with 3.78M logic cells, enhanced DSP slices (38 TOPs), DDR4 memory, 76 transceivers, and 120LVDS/240SE User IOs. Complementing the Virtex UltraScale+ FPGAs, the SoM supports a dual ARM Cortex-A7 processor @ 1.2GHz speed, quad high-speed serial interface (SerDes), includes high-speed connectivity peripherals such as PCIe, USB3.0, SATA3.1, and Gigabit Ethernet to facilitate easy communication & processing control.
Developers can get started using the Virtex UltraScale+ Evaluation Kit. The development platform is compatible with the open-source operating system and comes with sophisticated up-to-date software packages to help catapult OEMs to market success.
