iW-RainboW-G30M: The System on Module is Compatible with Zynq UltraScale+ ZU7/ZU5/ZU4 CG/EG/EV devices with the FBVB900 package. The MPSoC supports Quad/Dual Cortex A53 @1.5GHz and Dual Cortex-R5 @600MHz. The SoM has Up to 504K Logic cells & 230K LUTs with 16 Channels GTH Transceivers upto 16.3Gbps and 4 Channels GTR Transceivers upto 6Gbps.
Developers can get started using the ZU7/ZU5/ZU4 – Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC evaluation kit. iWave offers hardware and software development tools like Vivado, Vitis, and accelerated libraries for target applications. They also provide custom design and manufacturing services for a complete product development ecosystem.
