iW-RainboW-G35M: The System on Module is Compatible with Zynq UltraScale+ ZU19/ZU17/ZU11 EG device with the FFVC1760 package. The MPSoC supports Quad/Dual Cortex A53 @1.5GHz and Dual Cortex-R5 @600MHz. The SoM has Up to 1143K Logic cells & 522K LUTs with 16 GTY Transceivers & 16 GTH Transceivers.
Developers can get started using the ZU19/ZU17/ZU11 Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC SoM evaluation kit. iWave offers hardware and software development tools like Vivado, Vitis, and accelerated libraries for target applications. They also provide custom design and manufacturing services for a complete product development ecosystem.
