iW-RainboW-G58M: The Agilex 5 System on Module (SoM) is built in a compact form factor of 60mm x 70mm and is equipped with 4GB LPDDR4 for HPS, Dual 32Bit 4GB LPDDR4 for the FPGA, and a 32GB eMMC which is expandable. The Agilex™ 5 SoM supports 24 transceivers up to 28 Gbps, a PCIe Gen 4 connectivity interface, and a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver. This System on Module is availabe in industrial grade and supports a temperature range of -40 to +85 deg.C, with a product longevity of 10 years.
To enable quick prototyping and speed up development, iWave provides customers Agilex 5 Development Kits a ready-to-use platform to validate the highspeed interfaces and I/Os.
