Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC
System on Module

The Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC series facilitates as many as Quad A53 Cores, Dual R5 Cores, GPU, in addition to these Programmable Logic Cells (192K to 1153K LEs) with High-Speed transceivers (16.3 Gbps) in a single chip and Industrial Temperature range needed for deployed applications.

iWave has designed a powerful System on Module, powered by the ZU49DR RFSoC, that can speed up the design of radio telescopes and utilize the feature-rich RFSoC. The RFSoC SoM features the industry’s highest RF channel count with 16 Channel RF-DACs @ 10GSPS and 16 Channel RF-ADCs @ 2.5GSPS.

The Versal SOM supports a breadth of connectivity options, such as 28.21Gbps high-speed transceiver blocks to support all necessary protocols in edge applications, 40G multi-rate Ethernet, PCIe, and native MIPI support for vision sensors which are a must for advanced AI applications.

iWave’s SmartNIC Storage & Network Accelerator Card enhances networking with dual front panel QSFP DD Cages (2x 200GbE/4x 100GbE Ethernet) and boosts storage performance with three NVMe slots that allow for extended storage and offering up to 1143K programmable logic cells.
